I'm about to find out. I sent an email to their tech support, they sent back
a dicky form I have to fill out, name address where I bought it, serial
number etc. I filled it out and sent it back 2 days ago, no reply yet.
Tomorrow I will hassle them.

The saga goes on!!! Sent Tech Support an email, they replied, sorry did not
receive your form!!
But because I am using the Billionton Dongle at work The filled in form is
at work, so I will have to wait till Monday to re-email it. Luckily, it
still works for syncing with 6310i. Does anyone have their PC Suite
connecting automatically when "in range". or is the option to connect
automatically greyed out like mine?
Software version on Billionton that came with dongle was 1.3.5.0
