This morning I can make calls, but calls can't come in. My line either
sounds busy to callers, or nothing happens at all. (In Ottawa, 613)

Anybody else?

Well, after a 20 minute wait on the support line I found out it was a
nationwide network problem which they were trying to resolve. Why don't
they post this useful info on their website and save people a long wait,
and free up their staff for other calls?
