HTC Mogul Blinking Light For Email Notifications

Under settings>>sounds and notifications, new email message, I have
the option to blink light UNCHECKED but whenever I get a new email,
the LED light blinks until I view the notification. What other way is
there to turn this off?

There are some programs that will do that. Kaiser Notifications
(named after the HTC Kaiser) is one. There are others. I found them
with Google.

Any experiences with Mogul 2.17 ROM? Has anyone tried the new 2.17 ROM for the Mogul yet? I'm wondering whether it finally solves the bluetooth compatability problems and/or keyboard issue. ~None
