Who can give me the dataflows about the following procedure? Thank you
in advance.

1. 3G->2G hard handover. Include PS & CS domain. All signaling process
about NBAP, RANAP and RRC protocols.

2. If cell reselection happens in CELL_PCH or CELL_FACH states, what
messages will send?

Hi Dery,

I would also be interested in the hard handover procedure. But in
practicality I have never seen a hard handover from 3G -> 2G. I am not
aware if any of the companies do implement this feature, though its
present in the standards conceptually.

What I have seen is only compressed mode handover from 2G -> 3G. Let me
check the standards and try to post answers for your questions.
