I ditched my SE t68i in favor of the Nokia 6310i. NO REGRETS! however, I am
having trouble connecting to the internet on my iPaq through my 6310i via
Bluetooth. This worked great with the SE t68i. I thought I had all the
settings right, but I could be missing something.. is there anyone here that
has had issues with connecting, and how did they over come the problem?

This is a known issue - I have a 5450 and 6310i with firmware 5.50 Nokia
claim it is an issue with the iPAQ, however, the older version of firmware
5.22 works fine, so I would say it is Nokia.
According to Nokia UK, Nokia R&D are working on a resolution to this problem
as a matter of urgency, you will then need to take your 6310i to a Nokia
repair centre for the new firmware to be applied.
Hope this helps.

Go Figure! that just been my luck lately. Well, I guess I will knock the
data plan down and save a few bucks until Nokia has the update out.
Why cant the users do the firmware update? don't you just need the data
cable? I hate going places to have things done to my stuff. AND how much
does this update cost?

I don't know, never had it done before. I guess for a new phone its a
no-charge option.

That's Nokia's arrogance,
you could swap the device for a SonyEricsson T610 or a Siemens S55 and get
everything working without any problem.
