I don't want to remove my CK3000 from the car, can anyone (preferably east
yorkshire area UK) do a bluetooth upgrade to latest firmware for me?

you can do it with a laptop PC and a serial cable (special one for the
parrot), but you still need to unhitch the parrot wiring loom to do it.

Are you finding that the microphone is useless as everyone complains that
they can't hear you?
