Apparently, when you are near certain military / government
installations there are areas called "SUBSPOTS" where (on certain
phones) you are able to pick up a new signal. I think they were made
in case of nuclear fall out, so that the prime minister and his
generals would still be able to communicate.

Anyone heard of this before?
