Hi!
I have tried two different USB Bluetooth Dongles (MTU and D-link), but SE:s
Phone Monitor can't find my T610 with any of them. The strange thing is that
I DO have a connection between the computer and my phone. I can browse it,
transfer images and so on. But Phone monitor just doesn't find the phone for
some reason, which means that none of SonyEricssons (and many
other)connection/syncronization software works... Of course I have paired
the dievices and so on, so the problem most be somewhere else
Does anybody else experiencing the same problem? And has anyone found a
solution yet in that case?

Be sure to set the serial port for the Phone Monitor (in the Control Panel)
to the serial port assigned by the bluetooth software.
I have 2 dongles and all 2 work well,
the software i got with the Pheenet adapter had more functions than the one
i got with a Fujitsu-Siemens one.
the Pheenet adapter used the Widcomm software, the FS uses Plugfree.

Well, I've tried that, but it doesn't help. I activated all the com ports to
be sure, and also tried to book the serial port, but unfortunately no
success. I've heard more people having this problem, but also other (like
you Overall) with some better luck. Is it possible that it's a flaw in the
firmware in my T610? It's a Vodafone Live and the firmware isn't the latest.
What do you think? Anyone else with the same problem that have managed to
overcome it?

Well i did a lot of testing and ended with a configuration where on the
bluetooth side the USB adapter and T610 use only one serial port connection.
On the PC side, the bluetooth driver is instructed to use COM3 and on the
T610 it is the first serial port.
All other bluetooth connection are disabled (lan, obex, ...) and the device
is paired.
In the control panel in the you find the parameter Phone Monitor and there
you have to set it to COM3.
With both software (Plugfree and Bluetooth browser) you have to make the
connection before you can synchronize in Outlook, so you have to enter the
software and select the connect option.
With Plugfree the connection maintained, with the WidComm Browser the
connection is automatically ended at the end.
My T610 is on firmware R1A081 and the bluetooth feature is always on.
