Will Sprint be acquired, go out of business, or recover from their
difficulties? What is your prediction?

They'll be sold off in pieces. Maybe Vodaphone buys out the cellular
part.

There wouldn't be many banks right now with "massive funds" available.
Too many got caught in the sub-prime mortgage scam before they could
dump their inventories of worthless CDOs and derivatives.

I think customer service is quickly getting better. They have revamped
the web site and compared to the previous version it is quite simple
and intuitive to use.

Also, they've added a "Click to Chat" support button. This will fix a
lot of problems users have very quickly. I've used it twice to tie up
some minor issues I've been having for years that was difficult to
communicate over the phone and email.

Solved the issues in minutes.

Their cell phone service works well for me. Maybe it does for enough
other customers for them to remain viable.

Their cell phone service is excellent especially with the ability to force
roaming at will. It's their customer support that has a problem.

My experiences are similar. I had a Blackberry issue and they resolved it
quickly. YMMV.

Sprint says they cant fix it??? One of the phones on my plan works just fine for outgoing calls, and for outgoing and incoming text. But incoming calls go straight to some T-Mibile voice mail system. Just started happening Dec 16th, I've called Sprint (*2) every day since and they s
