There are lots of them. Some are pcmcia cards, some are USB dongles and I
suspect there are PCI cards too. It just depends on what you want to do with
it?
A lot of people are using the USB dongles because they are relatively cheap
at $35-60 USD. And they are easy to attach to a computer or a number of
computers is you are like me with a home PC and a laptop. For dongles there
are lots of manufacturers and many of them use the same Widcomm drivers. I
am using a Belkin device, others like the TDK or D-Link. Ambicom makes them
too.

if your laptop has CF slot, you can get a CF card.
Socketcom's CF is smallest.
