can drive in my car (will be law in California next July)

they

What should I look for?
what attribute do I look for (or avoid)?

I went to the Motorola site and they divide the sets into
In-ear Headsets (I know what this means. My daughter wears hearing
aids)
Sliding/Folding Headsets
Over-the-ear Headsets

What is the difference between these last 2?
