international V110 calls with GSM (sometimes) not working,

Hi,

when i do a V110 call via GSM (AT+CBST=71,0,1) i have different
results from
different countries.

Usually in the same country it works fine but when I try to call
somebody in another country
with V110 it does not work. (My phone shows 'connection error').

Why is this? Is this because V110 is not supported between countries?
(I tested this between the US and EU and between DUBAI and LONDON.
Same result:
V110 calls did not work. ).

At which part of the mobile infrastructure is V110 not supported
between countries?

In general, data roaming is supported only when there is a data roaming
agreement in place between your home carrier and the local carrier.

Unknown international calls I checked my on-line status to see how many minutes I had left, and saw that Sprint was showing an international call in my usage. Their website was down (again), their customer service line went to a recording saying try back later, so I emailed them.
