Well, now Sprint has messed up access to the Sprintpcs website.
I had been happy using the site to take care of my account rather then
using the phone. BUT
They are reregistering users and I've been waiting over a hour for them
to text a validation code to my phone.
Meanwhile I can't do anything in the website, like check my usage or
more important pay my bill.
Not much left for them to mess up with their CS.
